For over four decades, QIL has helped scholars across India navigate the doctoral journey with confidence, combining academic expertise with a deep understanding of Indian university requirements.
A team built on the belief that every scholar deserves clear guidance, expert mentorship and a fair chance to complete their research successfully.
QIL began as a small academic consultancy supporting research scholars with thesis writing and proofreading. Over the years, as PhD requirements in India became more structured and demanding, our services grew to match those needs, covering everything from synopsis development to journal publication.
Today, our work spans universities across the country, from IITs and central universities to state and deemed institutions, each with its own formatting rules, review committees and submission timelines. We have built our processes around understanding these differences so scholars don't have to navigate them alone.
What hasn't changed since 1982 is our commitment to academic integrity. Every piece of guidance we provide is meant to support genuine research, helping scholars present their own work clearly, correctly and in line with their university's expectations.
QIL was founded to provide research scholars with reliable thesis guidance and writing support at a time when such structured help was rare in India.
As demand grew, we expanded our team to cover scholars from IITs, NITs, Delhi University and many other institutions across 30+ academic disciplines.
As UGC regulations introduced stricter plagiarism and publication norms, we added dedicated similarity-checking and journal publication support to our services.
Today, QIL supports scholars at every stage of their PhD, from synopsis to viva voce, across more than 200 universities and 30 disciplines nationwide.
Every project is supported by a team of PhD-holders, statisticians and editors who understand both your subject area and the expectations of your university.
Our mentors are selected not just for their academic qualifications but for their ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and work collaboratively with scholars at different stages of their research. Many have themselves guided PhD students or served on university review committees, giving them practical insight into what supervisors and examiners look for.
This combination of subject expertise and India-specific academic experience is what allows our team to support research across a wide range of disciplines, from engineering and computer science to humanities, commerce and life sciences.
